The ingredients: F O R T H E PA N N A C OT TA 1 cup whole milk 1 tablespoon unflavored powdered gelatin 3 cups whipping cream 1/3 cup honey, preferably acacia honey Pinch of salt F O R T H E C A N D I E D K U M Q UAT S ½ cup honey, preferably acacia honey 4 cups sliced and seeded kumquats (sliced in half) Here’s what you do: 1. To make the panna cotta, pour the milk into a small bowl and sprinkle the gelatin on it, stirring just until blended. Allow to stand for 5 minutes to soften the gelatin.

Let the chicken rest for at least 15 minutes before cutting. This will allow the juices to stay in the meat instead of running out in the pan. While the chicken is resting, drizzle it with the honey. 7. Place the cooked vegetables on a platter and arrange the chicken, either whole or cut up, on top of the vegetables. Garnish with the remaining 2 sprigs each of rosemary and thyme. Squeeze the halves of the remaining lemon over the platter, pour any pan juices on top, and serve.
